Financial Information

For your convenience we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit. Unfortunately we do not accept checks so please make sure to have either a card or cash. We deliver the finest and most personalized care possible at a reasonable price to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.

Please remember that all costs are your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage. We will do our best to cover costs through your insurance company but any remaining balance is the patient's obligation to remit. We will send out a statement with the remaining balance, your prompt response is appreciated.

Payment Plans

If you would like to set up a payment plan, we offer choices through Chase financing. If you choose to use either one of these options, application process and approval must be completed before the actual procedure is performed.
